Director of Development 

Matt serves as the Director of Development at ALMQUIST, where he oversees permitting, construction, and tenant delivery across the firm’s portfolio. He is responsible for guiding tenants from lease execution through grand opening, ensuring a smooth and timely process from design to occupancy. His core responsibilities include managing the tenant work letter and construction process, coordinating with architects, engineers, and city officials, and ensuring all plans, permits, and build-outs are completed on schedule and in accordance with ALMQUIST standards.

Since joining the team, Matt has played a key role in the successful completion and opening of numerous ALMQUIST projects, contribution to the firm's continued growth and performance.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from Chapman University, where he was also a member of the baseball team. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
