Senior Director of Construction

Aaron oversees construction projects across the ALMQUIST portfolio, bringing over 20 years of experience in development, design, permitting, pre-construction, and construction management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Long Beach.

Aaron is married to Jenn Fry and is a proud father of four—three daughters and one son. He is deeply committed to his faith and family, and finds joy in coaching, mentoring others, and cheering on his kids in their activities.
