Property manager

Mira Yokoyama is a Property Manager at ALMQUIST, where she oversees the management of River Street Marketplace and provides strategic support across the portfolio.

With over a decade of experience in property management, Mira has managed a diverse range of assets, including more than 100 industrial buildings across the United States and Class A retail properties throughout Orange County. Her expertise spans operations, tenant relations, and asset optimization.  

Mira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, where she was a collegiate athlete and served as team captain of the Women’s Golf Team.

She is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson (CA #02238793).
