Max serves as the Director of Brewing Operations for CAPO, overseeing production across all brewery concepts within the Almquist portfolio. With over a decade of experience in brewing, quality assurance, and brewery management, Max brings deep industry expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to some of California’s most respected and award-winning breweries. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside, a foundation that informs his meticulous approach to brewing and operational leadership.
